The challenge of ensuring the safety of all the company's employees and contractors' personnel was never simple. However, the organization has succeeded thanks to tenacity, diligence, and the involvement of everyone, from top management to the base. A solid example of safe behavior is the company's effectiveness in maintaining a secure working environment in the Plant, Mine, and office spaces.
